Jeff VanderWielen, Ph.D., Organizational Development Consultant

Jeff VanderWielen, Ph.D.is an organizational psychologist and executive coach with 15 years of experience in individual and organizational development practice helping to increase the vitality, performance and success of individuals, teams and organizations. He has consulted with organizational executives and leaders on the planning, design and implementation of strategic change initiatives across a variety of industries.

For 3 years, he worked with Ernst & Young managing large-scale change efforts and organization design initiatives. Jeff is a frequent presenter at professional conferences. Most recently, he presented at the Academy of Management international conference and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) regional conference. Jeff earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Personality & Social Psychology.
