Sharon Redd, M. Ed., LPC- served on the advisory board of the National Wellness Research Institute, dedicated to advancement of productivity, health, and work/life balance. Ms. Redd is also a licensed counselor and has earned therapeutic certifications in Bioenergetics Analysis, EMDR and Imago Relationship Therapy. She uses her over 30 years of experience as an educator, psychotherapist, executive coach, trainer and consultant to create a successful health management program that produces lasting results. She is considered a visionary in the field of human consciousness and wellness.
Ms. Redd has authored Totally Alive: 7 Simple Habits to Live By and Totally Alive: Simple Ways to Live Healthy Longer, as well as an accompanying DVD and numerous articles. She has received the distinguished Public School Teacher of the Year Award, been a faculty member of the Omega Institute, and has served as an officer on the boards of many professional organizations. She also serves as a supervisor for licensing professional counselors and is a certified CE provider.
