What is TAPHealth Management?
TAPHealth
Management goes beyond proposing a rigorous exercise regimen or a great diet to follow. It is an integrated
comprehensive lifestyle modification program that supports individuals in adapting and sustaining
7 Simple Habits to Live By ©.
When followed, these simple habits provide powerful and measurable improvement in
an individual’shealth and well-being. Companies can incorporate TAPHealth Management into their organizations in a variety of ways:
The TAPHealth® Totally Alive Program (TAP)
is a holistic
and experiential team approach to wellness that is a step beyond
wellness. It is based on the book, Totally
Alive: 7 Simple Habits To Live By®.
It was written by Sharon Redd, M. Ed.
Sharon's grim cancer prognosis was a catalyst for developing
a program with simple ways to make sustainable lifestyle changes
in her life. She used her 30 plus years of experience as an
educator, psychotherapist, executive coach and consultant to
create a successful system for lifestyle modifications that
produces remarkable results, including beating the cancer in
her own body! This system has now been endorsed by some of
the most respected names in integrative healthcare and preventive
medicine, including Larry Dossey, M. D., Bernie Siegel, M.
D., Christiane Northrup, M. D., Debu Tripathy, M. D., and many
others. Because of TAP’s uniqueness, there are
proposed studies at both the University of Texas at Arlington,
UT Southwestern Medical School, and Nebraska Methodist College.
