Complete distributor application to begin interviewing process

Sign Licensing Agreement and make payment

Take on-line assessment-Personal Productivity Profile Your Wellness IQ

Complete 2 day onsite training
-
Take licensing exam
-
Receive TAP Facilitator License
-
Attend weekly TAP Distributor
Become a Licensed Authorized
TAP Distributor and introduce your clients to a system designed
to make SUSTAINABLE lifestyle changes.
Once you complete this course, you will receive a license and the opportunity to purchase TAP products to resell to your clients and patients . You can also earn 10% referral fee for any Totally Alive products purchased on the website by signing up as a TAP affiliate. The completion of this training and licensing, however, does not authorize you to be a Trainer of the TAP system to train other trainers. After working with 30 clients or more you can apply to TAPHealth for a TAP Trainer License that allows you to train the trainer.

Dates Trainings offered onsite
10 contact hours-This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This activity meets Type I criteria for mandatory continuing education requirements toward relicensure as established by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
